Any variation in natural stones or differences from the web pictures should be considered what makes the item unique and one of a kind. We will do our best to ship your item out as soon as possible, but please allow 10-14 days for your order to reach you. We will contact you if it will be longer than this for custom orders or if an item is out of stock.

Shipping Methods
OregonSunstone.com uses a combination of the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, and Fed Ex for shipping. We currently charge for shipping on a flat rate basis but this is subject to change.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged to residents of Idaho.

Returns
We want you to enjoy your purchase immensely and tell all your friends about us. So, if for any reason you are not pleased with something, please do not stew. Let us know and we will try and make it right for you. We’re fair people, and somewhat likeable most of the time. Or mostly likeable some of the time. Only items purchased via this website may be returned to us. Please reference your Order ID on all returns/exchanges, and allow two to four weeks for your request to be processed. OregonSunstone.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
