We want you to enjoy your OregonSunstone.com purchase immensely and tell all your friends about us.  So, if for any reason you are not pleased with something, please do not stew.  Let us know and we will try and make it right for you.  We’re fair people, and somewhat likeable most of the time.  Or mostly likeable some of the time.  Let’s just say we strive to be decent, hardworking, and honest with our customers and your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.  

Contact us for any returns within 14 days of recieving your purchase for exchange or credit.  Bath Brews must be unused to receive credit.  We are unable to issue a full refund on custom orders, please contact us if there is any problem.

Only items purchased via this website may be returned to OregonSunstone.com.  Please reference your Order ID on all returns/exchanges, and allow two to four weeks for your request to be processed.  OregonSunstone.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

Please remember that products made with natural materials will have some variation in color and textures.   Any disparity in natural stones or differences from the web pictures should be considered what makes the item unique and one of a kind.
